Proactive Talent Strategies Welcomes New Client: GoDaddy

We are very excited to announce new Proactive Talent Strategies client, GoDaddy! GoDaddy is the industry-leading platform for small businesses, offering world-class web and marketing solutions to help companies grow and manage their online presence.

GoDaddy was founded in 1997 with the mission to empower people with the tools and resources they need to easily and confidently start their own ventures. 19 years later, the company has more than 4,500 employees serving over 13 million customers globally, radically changing the way people run their businesses.

This isn't the same company you've seen in Super Bowl commercials in the past, folks. In fact, you didn't see them at all in this year's Super Bowl, unless you were following their hilarious responses on Twitter. GoDaddy is going through an exciting transformation, and they are looking to continue growing their employer brand strategy and establish themselves as an employer of choice within the tech industry as they've opened up offices in Seattle, San Francisco, Sunnyvale and Cambridge over the last couple years.

We're thrilled to be partnering with GoDaddy to showcase what life is like at the company and highlight their culture evolution and brand transformation. Starting this month, Proactive Talent Strategies Founder and Principal Consultant, Will Staney, is leading the initial six-month engagement as an Employer Branding Consultant for GoDaddy, partnering with recruiting, HR, marketing and employees to tell their employer brand story and align it with their hiring strategy in 2016. Their story is a great one to tell and we look forward to partnering with them to attract great talent that will take them into an exciting future.
