Ryan Affolter has over 15+ years of experience in media buying, media planning, campaign management and optimization working for the world’s most iconic brands and leading digital agencies including: McCann/Erickson, Best Buy Corporation, TMP Worldwide and SAP SuccessFactors.

Elena is a current international business major at St. Edward's University, and is always striving to learn about different markets and cultures, especially from a business point of view. Currently, she is a co-director at her school's outdoor adventure program.

Courtney is a Talent Consultant bringing over 10 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, and Organizational Development, with a special focus in healthcare and hospitality sectors. She holds a Masters in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Chicago School of Professional Psychology.

Beth works on client projects as well as runs content marketing for Proactive Talent. Leveraging a background in marketing and recruiting, Beth has spent years working for industry-leading companies like Nike, Skanska, and LAIKA.
Megan is a Talent Consultant for our On-Demand Recruiting & Recruiting Optimization services. She has prior experience recruiting for technical positions at Google, as well as recruiting corporate and technical talent for a startup through acquisition, Main Street Hub - A GoDaddy Company.
